Returns

14 day return policy - unused, in original condition
email sales@millersafetyltd.com for a return material number (RMN). Shipping is non-refundable.

Step 1: Email our customer service department at sales@millersafetyltd.com to obtain a return authorization number (no exchange or refund will be obtained without a return authorization number).

Step 2: Package the return in a sturdy box or padded envelope.
If we do not receive your return package as described above we reserve the right to refuse your return. Miller Safety cannot be responsible for return items damaged or lost in the mail.

Step 3: Mail the return package (along with Return Authorization Number) to:

Step 4: You will receive an email notification upon the receipt of the return. The refund / exchange will be granted within 7 business days.
